Returns Policy


          - Upon receipt of the product, please note any signs of freight damage before opening the packaging.  Please document any shipping damage, take photos and contact OSI Customer Service Department so we can follow up with the carrier.  Shipping damage should be noted on the carrier's Bill of Lading.



          - If any OSI product exhibits out-of-box defects when attempting to use, discontinue use and contact OSI Customer Service Department.  Claim should be made within one (1) week of receiving the product. 


All returns will be processed in a timely manner by the OSI Customer Service Department and a replacement will be sent thereafter. 



Overseas Orders

We will only accept overseas orders from Australia, United Kingdom, Canada and the USA.  This is to ensure that we are both protected from credit card fraud.


No tolerance policy regarding Fraud

We will report credit card fraud to the relevant authorities of any attempted fraudulent order.  Credit Card fraud in particular is a crime that is being committed daily over the internet.
